Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Link Xperts is a UK-based specialist recruitment business. Our annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold and we are therefore not legally required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We have nevertheless chosen to publish this statement voluntarily to demonstrate our commitment to preventing modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking within our business and supply chain.

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We expect the same standards from our employees, contractors, suppliers and other business partners.

Our proportionate compliance measures include:

• Conducting appropriate identity and right-to-work checks.
• Providing clear written terms to candidates and contractors.
• Conducting appropriate due diligence on suppliers and contractor payment arrangements.
• Not knowingly engaging with organisations involved in forced labour, human trafficking or worker exploitation.
• Investigating and escalating any concerns raised by employees, candidates, contractors or suppliers.
• Reviewing our approach as the business and its supply chain develop.

This statement will be reviewed annually and updated where appropriate.
