About the Role

We are working with a fantastic client known for their strong, people-first culture. They are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect who is passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative CRM solutions.

As the Solution Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to business needs.

·         Lead solution architecture and integrations using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

·         Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery from design to deployment.

·         Provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 customization, workflows, and security.

·         Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.

Skills and Experience:

·         Proven experience (5+ years) as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect.

·         Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integration.

·         Strong hands-on experience with configuration, customization (JavaScript, C#), and workflows.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·         Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-600, MB-210) are desirable.
