About the Role
We are working with a client renowned for their excellent company culture, where people are at the center of everything they do. They are seeking a Power Platform Lead Technical Consultant (Low Code) to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Power Platform’s low-code tools.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects, leading the technical design and implementation of solutions that drive business transformation through automation and app development using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and ensuring best practices across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and technical development of low-code solutions using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solutions.
- Oversee solution architecture, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and performance best practices.
- Develop custom workflows, applications, and automations to streamline business processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power Platform and drive the adoption of low-code/no-code solutions within the organization.
- Experience with Power Pages for external-facing websites is advantageous.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Lead Technical Consultant or similar role with strong expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code development and hands-on experience with custom connectors and integrations.
- Experience with Power Pages is advantageous.
- Ability to lead technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior consultants.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL0200, PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable.
