About the Role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to work with a forward-thinking client known for their exceptional company culture. As a Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions that align with business needs, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements to design effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to meet client needs, including workflows and business processes.
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations on Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Work with developers, architects, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct user training, support adoption, and offer ongoing functional support to clients.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Expertise in configuring workflows, business rules, and security roles within Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) are highly desirable.
