They are seeking an experienced <strong>Power Platform Solution Architect<\/strong> to design and deliver innovative solutions using Microsoft\u2019s Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages).<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of business solutions, leveraging the full capabilities of Power Platform to solve real-world business challenges and drive digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored applications, automations, and workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance.<\/li>\n<li>Build custom applications and workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current with Power Platform advancements and continuously drive innovation in solution delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>Power Pages<\/strong> for creating secure, responsive websites is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring the quality and integrity of solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a <strong>Power Platform Solution Architect<\/strong> with a deep understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI (5+ years preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and custom connectors.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>Power Pages<\/strong> is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and experience designing custom business applications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in governance, security, and performance optimization within Power Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400) are highly desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s on Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A dynamic, people-first work environment that values your expertise and contributions.<\/li>\n<li>Exciting projects, career progression opportunities, and professional development support.<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package.<\/li>\n<li>A company culture that champions work-life balance and employee well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are committed to treating all applications fairly and without discrimination.
